Scholarships
Alumni money, straight to a graduating Phoenix
Providing scholarships for graduating seniors is the association’s first stated priority. The fund is raised each year from membership — no endowment, no outside grant, just alumni paying it forward.
For students
Apply
Applications open to graduating Renaissance seniors. The association announces the window, the criteria and the deadline each year through the school and its own channels.
Award amounts, the number of recipients and this year’s deadline are set by the scholarship committee and are not listed here yet. Get in touch and we will point you to the current application.
For alumni
Fund one
Membership dues are the scholarship fund. A class that organises together can raise enough to name an award — the classes of 1981 onward have nearly fifty years of graduates between them.
Online giving is not switched on yet. The association is establishing its own payment account so contributions go directly to the fund in its own name.
Recipients
The wall of Phoenix who went on
Every scholarship recipient the association has supported belongs on a page like this — with their name, their year and where they went.
This page is waiting on the association’s own records. Past recipients are not published anywhere public, and we will not invent them. If you are a past recipient, or you have the list, please send it in — it is the most persuasive page this site could have.
